- The bending process is done using WISE's unique hot bending method.
- Heating the material during bending prevents it from becoming inhomogeneous, preserving its toughness while maintaining the highest levels of strength.
- To ensure uniform and highest precision hardness, we use special alloy steel as the material and perform heat treatment using a completely non-oxidizing, decarburization correction quenching method in a time-consuming sealed furnace.
- This makes it extremely strong and the corners less likely to get worn down.
- This is a comfortable type that is bent at an angle of 30°, and unlike a normal hex wrench which bends a flat surface, the comfortable type is bent at an angle of 30° at the apex of the hexagonal corner.
- This way, even when you apply force to turn it, your fingers will not hurt because the flat surface will touch them.
