This tool is for cutting, processing and repairing tire chains (φ9 or less) for medium and large vehicles. (※Cutting diameter is φ6 or less) A one-motion mechanism has been adopted that takes strength into consideration. Since it is a fixed type, it does not require two hands to operate, and the multiplying mechanism makes work easier. The unique mechanism also makes it easier to use.
