- High-performance surface resistance meter that can judge pass/fail and store data. It can maintain and manage the quality of anti-static items. It can measure the resistance value of anti-static items according to RCJS/JIS/IEC/ANSI standards.
- The measurement range covers a wide range of items, from equipment (conductive color mats, etc.) to the human body (wrist straps, etc.).
- It comes with a pass/fail judgment function (LED lighting/buzzer sounding) that allows you to freely set the threshold value, and can be used according to the purpose, such as in-house management values or standard values.
- It is also ideal for field workers as it allows for intuitive judgment.
- Measurement results can be saved on an SD card, and can also be output directly to a PC from the output terminal (serial communication method. A list of commands is available here. PC software and connection cables are not provided. Please prepare your own).
- By connecting a commercially available barcode reader, barcode information can be added to the measurement results (a barcode generation page is available).
- The measurement target and the measurement results can be linked, greatly reducing the workload of on-site managers.
- The unit has a built-in thermometer and hygrometer (cannot be calibrated/reference value) that is automatically added to the measurement results.
- Equipped with a function to switch between two measurement modes (hold/constant measurement mode switchable).
- In hold mode, the measurement value is held for the measurement time specified by the standard (after 15 seconds) and then automatically turns off after 5 seconds.
